The company discloses that it identifies and assesses actual and potential adverse impacts on fundamental human rights in its businesses, supply chains, and business partners. Further, it discloses the categories of stakeholders it engages with in general on sustainability, which include employees, consumers, retail customers and partners, stockholders and the investment community, government and regulatory bodies, non-governmental associations, industry trade associations, local communities and community groups, and the media. [Sustainability and Social Impact Report 2022, 14] However, it is not clear whether these stakeholders are those whose human rights have been or may be affected by its activities, and that it engages with them in the identification and assessment of its human rights risks, as part of its human rights due diligence process.
