While the company has a publicly available policy statement that requires its suppliers to respect fundamental rights at work concerning forced labour, child labour and discrimination, it does not commit to respect all four of the human rights the ILO has declared to be fundamental rights at work (forced labour, child labour, discrimination in respect of employment and freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining).
