The company discloses its time-bound targets on gender equality and women’s empowerment i.e., to increase the proportion of female member of the executive board (33.3 %) and to increased target of 30% female employees (eight women) for the first management level and a target of 25% (32 women) for the second management level by September 30, 2026.
