p. 92, under the section "Notes to consolidated financial statement", I found the HRB number. However, it doesn't explicitly apply to their non-financial statement.

In combination with this statement it seems that the HRB number is for Siemens Energy AG, while the non-financial statement is prepared for Siemens Energy Group (which is a subsidiary of Siemens Energy AG).
