"We require all our suppliers to have site-level grievance mechanisms available to their workers. Through our membership in the FLA, makers and their advocates can also raise complaints via the Fair Labor Association’s Complaint Channel. In these cases, the FLA will work with us to investigate, remediate, and resolve complaints. Our Maker Grievance Reporting Mechanism () enables individuals and organizations in our supply chain to raise non-compliance issues. Makers can also raise grievances directly with regional RSC team members or representatives.
