In the code of ethics the pdf link clearly states under bullet point 9 that an employee must sign and diligently "notify the Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors promptly in the event I become aware of any actual, apparent or potential violation of this Code of Ethics for Senior Officers, including, without limitation, any actual, apparent or potential conflict of interest."
