“Snowy Hydro has an effective whistleblower reporting and investigation framework, providing mechanisms to raise genuine concerns regarding actual, unethical, unlawful or undesirable conduct, without fear of reprisal and with the support and protection of Snowy Hydro. Using multiple technologies, employees, contractors and their family members are able to report grievances or issues anonymously, and Snowy Hydro will take all practicable steps to protect their identity. The whistleblower reporting and investigation framework includes an independently operated Whistleblower Hotline service to allow for anonymous reporting. All reports pertaining to any breach of law, regulation or policy are thoroughly assessed and investigated.”
