In our last report we indicated that our whistleblower policy would be updated and rolled out to all staff. It has been updated but has not been disseminated to all team members. This activity will now happen in 2024. There is little risk to this, as our business size and work culture already promotes open communication, hazard reporting and non-discrimination at all levels in the company." (p. 11)

I chose supply chain workers as (in the same section) they are talking about a team composed of members of supply chains and about disseminating the whistleblower policy to all team members, so I suppose they mean the suppliers? Not sure though since first they are also saying "rolled out to all staff"

Agree wording is a little odd. "The team consists of members of the supply chain who are actively engaged". Presumably this also includes staff given that the whistleblower policy is intended to be rolled out to "all team members" noting that this activity hast not yet happened and will happen in 2024 as stated above.

I removed supply chain workers as the language used suggests that the policy will only apply to staff members. Clear vocabulary should have been employed for the company to make it clear that the policy would apply to supply chain workers as well
