"The Ethics Line (formerly, the Whistle Blowing Channel), managed by the Committee of Ethics, is the main grievance and queries mechanism of the Group. Any group employee, manufacturer, supplier or third party with a direct relation and a lawful business or professional interest at all levels and in all geographies (the “Parties Concerned”) may use the Ethics Line, even in an anonymous manner" pg 14
