Interestingly the section about the Whistleblowing Policy has a few incoherencies. It does not go into any detail about the kind of mechanism that will be available to "disclose concerns" nor does it give details about the remedy mechanism that would be in place to follow up on concerns. While it does acknowledge that the policy applies to "any person associated with Brakes" (thus also covering supply chain workers), in terms of disseminating the policy the section only refers to it being "reissued to colleagues" after review..
