To do this, we are continuing our partnership with Stop The Traffikto develop a training programme for our operational team members working in our hotel sites. This trainingwill be provided toteam members working all over the country, including our Operations Directors, Operations Managers, General Managers and team members. It is being designed to focus on understanding the risk of human trafficking and modern slavery, empowering our people to identify indications of human trafficking abuse in our sites and provide them with the tools to report it quickly and effectively.7
