The training is specifically to prevent child labour. Hence it is not considered.

“Factories assessed as having a high or medium level of risk are required to be trained based on the assessment results. The content of the training for factory management includes preventive processes against child labour, best practices of preventive measures, as well as methods to deploy child labour prevention policies to factories to which they subcontract production processes.”

To this end, four training programs were provided by the IOM to Fast Retailing to further strengthen our responsible recruitment efforts and these will continue into 2022.”

The last point mentions responsible recruitment, but does not indicate which types of employees are provided the training. Thus I've added the answer option "Training - not specified"
