All Sony employees are required to receive initial and periodic refresher training on the Code of Conduct to understand "internal policies".

The electronics operations procurement staff receives additional training on the Supply Chain Code standards, how to identify risks of slavery and human trafficking, and how to conduct an effective supplier assessment.

During on-site supplier assessments, Sony's staff also provide training to the suppliers on the Supply Chain Code.
