Meta says it "provided [training] to certain key personnel in Meta's sourcing and procurement, supply chain operations, legal, and compliance teams. Additional training is provided to relevant staff to build capacity in reporting on and addressing nonconformances to the RBA Code of Conduct. ... [Meta] developed an employee training course on increasing awareness related to gender vulnerabilities in the supply chain. ... [They] also partner closely with priority supplier to provide a deeper understanding of the RBA Code of Conduct" (page 8).
