Belkin Group’s mandatory training must be completed by all employees annually and is designed to ensure all employees understand their obligations under the Employee Code of Conduct. For employees and managers who work in global supply chain roles, specific training relating to identifying and combatting the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking is provided. All the training is delivered to employees in a diverse range of mediums such as online courses, in-person meetings with management and written resources.
