p.77 of the BAE Systems Annual Report 2022 sets out the companies commitments towards human rights.

There is no mention of training towards detecting signs of slavery or trafficking for all employees across the organisation.

However, it stresses the importance of its "Suppliers Principles - Guidance for Responsible Business" to engage stakeholders along their value-chain about human rights and modern slavery.

Moreover, BAE systems has put in place "modern slavery working groups to progress actions to review and strengthen how modern slavery and human trafficking risk is identified, assessed and managed across our business." (p.77, BAE Systems, Annual Report 2022).
