Response - My Logical understanding of this info. is that Conviviality Plc with its backward and forward integration of supply chain does operates business in the United Kingdom or nationwide. Hence, I argue that Conviviality Plc has specified demographic region that feeds into their supply chain.

 

 

2) If the company discloses a list of suppliers, the answer should be “Facility/Supplier”.-

 

Conviviality Plc has mentioned following information in their Anti - Slavery statement.

 

a) Conviviality Retail is the UK’s largest franchised off licence and convenience chain with over 350 Franchisees and more than 700 retail stores trading primarily under the fascia’s of Bargain Booze, Bargain Booze Select Convenience and Wine Rack.

Response - Yes, Conviviality Plc has mentioned it owned suppliers names namely Matthew Clark and Bibendum. Moreover, Bargain Booze is leading license partner store for Conviviality Plc. These three are the leading suppliers in the UK. ( Do three suppliers name is sufficient or is there need of mentioning whole list of suppliers ? )
