Could not find any evidence or mechanisms wherein the company is taking efforts to continuously monitor and ensure that their suppliers are complying with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

It might be either self-reporting or they expect their supplier to abide the law or the company is only saying that "IF" a supplier is found not complying to the Slavery Act, the company would investigate and seek required improvements or alternative supply; BUT, the company does not explain any concrete mechanism on how would they find out or ensure that the supplier is complying with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
