"Discovery of forced labor or human trafficking is considered a severe violation of AMD policy that requires the supplier’s immediate corrective actions. Such actions may include, without limitation, the termination or reduction of business with supplier, required remediation plans, onsite compliance auditing, employee compensation at supplier’s expense, and/or termination of AMD’s contract with the supplier."
