“For our Recruitment teams, we worked with the Wilberforce Institute to carry out a modern slavery risk assessment of all Recruitment Agencies as part of our recruitment services tendering process. This involved a review of information provided by the recruitment agencies, as well as interviews. The results were shared with Aldi UK’s HR department and contractual requirements of recruitment providers are being strengthened as a result.”
