Our Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the conduct required from suppliers and

specifically addresses issues of forced labour, underage workers, human trafficking and

the promotion of workers rights. We share this information and ask that suppliers

acknowledge it as part of their onboarding process. p. 4

 

Doing business the right way is everyone’s responsibility at Twitter Australia. This includes

prohibiting any form of Modern Slavery or coercive working conditions. We are committed to

ensuring that all of our interactions at Twitter Australia, as well as with our customers, business

partners and suppliers are conducted in an ethical and respectful manner and in compliance

with our Code, policies, and applicable law. Twitter Australia periodically reviews its policies

and makes changes as and when required. All employees are expected to comply with the

spirit as well as the strict requirements of our Code and other policies in place p. 5

 

Our supplier agreements contain contractual provisions that require suppliers to adhere to and
