On the page number 6 is stated that according to the Group Financial Crime Policy: "We only provide financial services

to clients who meet our Group standards including those who meet our Group Financial Crime Risk Appetite."

 

On the page number 14 is stated: "We conduct pre-employment checks, including right to work checks, through local HR teams or through a third-party provider. We commit to providing fair wages and benefits and a secure working environment for our people.

 

In addition to complying with all applicable minimum wage laws in all jurisdictions in which we operate, we are an accredited living wage employer in the UK (including the London Living Wage)."
