The statement is generally very vague.

"• Any new supplier introduced into the Multiyork supply chain will only be introduced following consideration of the potential risk of modern slavery being present in the supply chain. Consideration will be made to assess if there is any particular risk due to the nature of the product or the geographical location.

• Supply chains with a higher risk of modern slavery and human trafficking will only be introduced following several visits by Multiyork staff. In the case of our Asia suppliers this will initially be by our local Operations Manager and then by a member of the UK Senior Management.

• Such suppliers will be subject of regular on-going visits.

• Multiyork mitigate the supply chain risks by building long-term business relationships with suppliers in Asia, who demonstrate over a sustained period appropriate behaviours with regard to all aspects of ethical business practice.

• All suppliers with Supply Chains beyond UK and EU Borders are requested to provide their written commitment in support of ethical behaviour and where possible additional supporting documentation.

• We have a zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. We expect all those in our supply chain to uphold and comply with our values."
