"Requiring our suppliers to comply with all applicable law and regulations and where applicable,

including anti-slavery and human trafficking provisions in our contractual arrangements with

relevant suppliers" means suppliers comply with law and policy.

"There are various measures in place to safeguard against human

trafficking or individuals being forced to work against their will" on page 2 speaks about protection from human trafficking.

"In the UK we subscribe to The Living Wage Foundation which demonstrates our commitment to

paying higher rates of base pay. It provides a benchmark for responsible employers who

choose to pay their employees a rate that meets the basic cost of living in the UK and London" suggests they respect Labour Rights.

I don't think the statement mentions that suppliers are expected to respect labour rights as the statement only refers to the company when talking about being a Living Wage employer, so I'd remove it.

I would consider them as prohibiting forced labour as they mention on p.1 that "There are various measures in place to safeguard against human trafficking or individuals being forced to work against their will."
