Suppliers comply with company policy - "Upon commencing work for Inditex, all suppliers accept and undertake to meet Inditex Minimum Requirements, which include compliance with the Inditex Code of Conduct for Manufacturers and Suppliers, which explicitly prohibits slavery and human trafficking and is based on applicable national laws and international standards in the field." (page 9)

Prohibit forced labor + Code of Conduct + Recruitment fees - "The first section of the Code of Conduct for Manufacturers and Suppliers provides that: “Inditex shall not allow any form of forced or involuntary labour in their manufacturers and suppliers. The company report priority impact area from 2019-2022, the data is not committed in concern with the year 2020 hence not considered. and for labor rights, the company has not explicitly mentioned any labor rights.
