In the first source, Hitachi Statement in Accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 29th August 2017, it is stated in point 3 that they:

 

"have revised “The Hitachi Group Supply Chain CSR Deployment Guidebook” in January 2017 with reference to the EICC Code of Conduct version 5.1. Its new title is “Hitachi Group CSR Procurement Guideline (the 3rd edition)”. It will be distributed to tier 1 suppliers of Hitachi, Ltd. and its subsidiaries."

 

The second source is the mentioned document. The "Hitachi Group CSR Procurement Guideline (the 3rd edition)" covers topics regarding Labour under point 7 starting on page 10 of the document. This point covers all given answers.
