2017 | Florette UK & Ireland Ltd | MSA policy (revised)
Does the company’s statement detail one or more specific, organisational policies or actions to combat slavery in their direct (tier 1) and/or in-direct (beyond tier 1) supply chain?
Prohibit use of forced labour (direct / tier 1),
Code of conduct or supplier code includes clauses on slavery and human trafficking (direct / tier 1),
Contracts include clauses on forced labour (direct / tier 1)

Under "Our supply chain" heading on line 3-4, it is stated that "we ensure all contracts make reference to Florette's policy on Modern Slavery. Seeing that under the "Supplier Adherence to Our Values" heading they claim to have "zero tolerance to slavery" we can therefore conclude that they prohibit the use of forced labour and oblige suppliers to comply with company's policy. There is no direct reference to child labour, but is usually encompassed by "forced labour". It is also stated that "all contracts make reference to Florette's policy on modern slavery" under the Our Supply Chain heading line 3-4 and that suppliers have "a code of conduct they must adhere to" although that code of conduct is not explicitly stated.

Since there is no mention of child labour in the statement, I have removed it.
