CVC goes no farther in their statement but to state direct policies within their organization. They state their new supplier contract clause ("Supplier Contracts", page 2), reiterate expectations within the Company's Employee Handbook including their whistleblowing policy ("Review of Policies and Procedures", page 2), and acknowldge their understanding of modern slavery and human trafficking aligning with "the principles espoused in Article 3 of the Palermo Protocol and Article 2 of the International Labour Organisation Froced Labour Convention 1930" ("UK Modern Slavery Act, page 1).

Clauses in contracts are for high risk companies only.

"should the Company identify a reasonable cause for concern that a supplier represents a modern slavery or human trafficking risk, the Company will either request that the supplier addresses these concerns within a pre-determined time period, or discontinue their engagement, depending on nature of the issues identified. The Company may also report any such supplier to the relevant authorities, where appropriate."

"Contractual clauses forbidding the use of slavery and human trafficking are included in new supplier contracts entered into by the Company which are deemed to be high risk and will also be included on the renewal of existing supplier contracts deemed to be high risk."
