“Our standards for excellence apply to our vendors as well as our employees; we expect our vendors to operate ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as provided in our master service agreements. Our agreements with vendors require compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and orders of any governmental, judicial, or administrative authority, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, export control laws, and all laws regarding anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, and equal employment opportunity in hiring and employment practice. In 2021, our master service agreement for vendors also began specifically requiring compliance with anti-slavery and human trafficking laws. Since February 2021, all new vendors that have been presented with the revised agreement have agreed to its expanded scope.”
