If the supplier does not act or respond to the report or concern and is not willing to work on correcting the issue, they can be subjected to disciplinary action. Suppliers are requested to notify their employees, and any sub-contractors who work for RHG, that they may report serious or sensitive concerns, or possible breaches of the Supplier Code of Conduct."
