Pages 3 and 4 discuss audits, remediation, action plans, staff education, and other acts. These measures are not specific, but they are present in the MSA.
In Hugo Boss Child and Forced Labor policy on page 3 and Due Diligence Process and Risk Assessment on page 3 and 4 the MSA states how the company responds to social standards violations. Hugo Boss issues suppliers corrective action plans when necessary and follows up with audits to ensure compliance, reserving the right to terminate contracts if social standards compliance is not improved.
