Honda supplier are contractually obligated to take remedial action to correct any instances of modern slavery and if a supplier fails to comply with the anti-slavery clauses, then the HME can terminate the contract (Page 3).

Remediation is mentioned but there is no detail provided on the procedure.

p.4: The Supplier Ethics Line provides an ongoing method for suppliers of HMEL to report (anonymously, if they wish) any suspected breach of the Sustainability Guidelines, or any other unethical conduct, so that Honda in Europe can take appropriate remedial action
