Limited will adopt a zero-tolerance approach and will not engage that supplier. We believe this approach is proportionate to the level of risk in our supply chain.

If a new supplier is unable to provide confirmation of compliance with modern slavery legislation then "Charles Schwab, U.K., Limited will adopt a zero-tolerance approach and will not engage that supplier"

This only refers to new suppliers.
