Page 9: "Along with the attached case studies on page 15, the table below provides examples of instances where bp has worked with our contractors to facilitate remedy of issues identified for more than 960 workers."
"If contractors or suppliers fail to act consistently with our expectations or with their obligations, we try to work with them to resolve any issues and provide remedy for people affected. If a serious breach is found and no corrective action is taken, we reserve the right to terminate contracts."
