ASOS Child Labour Remediation and Young Worker Policy: sets out the steps suppliers need to take to protect young workers and to make sure no children are involved in the manufacture of any of our products. If we discover child labour in our supply chain, the policy sets out our remediation process. It also prohibits the recruitment of young migrant workers through labour agents.5

Discovered one case of child labour in our Chinese supply chain in this reporting period. Working with our local partner CCR CSR, we implemented our established child labour and remediation policy. This covers schooling of the child, the payment of a living wage to their family, and close monitoring of the child to ensure their wellbeing.13

We work with our suppliers to ensure corrective actions have been implemented.9
