Unclear if the company found forced labour in the unauthorised subcontracting practices detected (see below). 

We also monitor unauthorised subcontracting (UAS), which has high risk for forced labor....When unauthorized subcontracting is detected, our Supplier sustainability team will assess the unapproved facility for forced labor and other critical issues. We found four cases of UAS in 2020 and we have seen an overall decrease in the number of UAS cases since 2017. (p. 7)

However, I have changed the answer from No to Yes because:

The company states that "In 2020, our assessments revealed one facility in which workers were unable to freely access bathrooms and the factory clinic" (p6) which falls within forced labour: "We consider the following within our Forced Labor standards: forced labor, free egress, restrictions to voluntarily ending employment and restrictions on worker movement" (p.6).
