p. 10 "1 Issue identified (and remedial actions agreed) through remote worker surveys"
Indeed they disclose having identified an issue, but it should be said that this disclosure is very light touch... The benefit of such disclosure is to talk about the type of issue (e.g. wage theft) and how exactly that issue is then remediated, which the company doesn't do here. So this is very light "yes"
