With its registered offices in Berlin, Germany, the ZALANDO SE bundles all management functions and generates the vast majority of group revenues. In addition to the parent company, Zalando is comprised of 47 subsidiaries that operate, inter alia, in the areas of fulfillment, customer service, payments, product presentation, advertising, marketing, software development and private labels developed in-house. ZALANDO SE has control over all subsidiaries, either indirectly or directly. As a result, group reporting essentially corresponds to the reporting for ZALANDO SE."
