supply chain is as follows: We employ nearly 2,000 Associates

across six factories and two office sites, spanning Mars Petcare, Mars

Wrigley and Mars Food divisions. We source a range of raw materials

for products produced in these divisions, including cocoa, palm oil,

sugarcane and fish. The reporting entities in scope for purposes of
