p.2 Barclays states that their parent company is Barclays PLC but does not give full detail in the statement on their subsidiaries and ownership structure
"Barclays is a transatlantic consumer and wholesale bank offering products and services across personal, corporate and investment banking, credit cards and wealth management, with a strong presence in our two home markets of the UK and the US. Our ultimate parent company, Barclays PLC, is incorporated in England and it has subsidiaries in various jurisdictions.
