The opening line of the statement is "This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”)."

In addition, as a result of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the company intends on sending their Modern Slavery Policy to their recent suppliers - "we are about to send our Modern Slavery Policy to our recent suppliers."
