In addition to the policies above, the company continues to take a number of steps following

the introduction of the MSA Act:

• We have raised awareness amongst all our employees; both our Anti-Slavery &

Human Trafficking and our Anti-Corruption & Open Door (Whistleblowing) policy are

included as specific topics in the induction training for all employees and are

referenced in our Staff Information Guide issued each year.

• Supplier contracts (goods and services) include specific reference to the prevention

of modern slavery and human trafficking.

• PGL continues to receive goods which are manufactured in countries outside the EU

and which could be at high risk. Detailed supply chain analysis is requested from

these suppliers."
