Creation of a working group in 2016 in response to the Act.

"In 2019, Morgan Stanley’s dedicated Modern Slavery Executive Global Committee continued to oversee all activities related to the Modern Slavery Act, including any concerns regarding our supply chain. This was in addition to the global, cross functional working group that was created in 2016 to plan compliance with the Modern Slavery Act and implementation of enhancements to improve our ability to identify modern slavery risks."
