Pages 30-35 describes the requirements set out by the Australian government as well as outlines the companies under the APA Group which require consultation. All companies are under the same executive management (that of the APA Group) and according to page 35, "This statement therefore reflects the risks in the reporting entities

and their owned and controlled entities as well as the actions taken to assess

and address those risks".

The company does not explicitly mention the consultation with the reporting entities in the preparation of the statement.

pg. 30

"During the reporting period, the Modern Slavery Working Group actively engaged and consulted with APA’s executive management covering all companies we own or control. Topics of consultation included the reporting requirements under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), information regarding the actions undertaken and planned actions to address the reporting requirements."

“Prior to being put to the Board for review and approval, the Statement was reviewed by each member of the Modern Slavery Working Group, CEO and Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, Group Executive – Infrastructure Development, General Manager External Affairs and Reputation, General Manager Risk Compliance and Insurance, General Manager Sustainability and General Manager Business Services & Finance Transformation.”
