All current staff/site personnel to have completed anti-slavery and human trafficking training by 30 June 2017'.

Although they have reviewed their KPI's I wouldn't say the answer given provides enough insight into how their actions and staff will reduce risk. I feel this new KPI is more about educating staff rather than requiring them to identify risks and take action.
