P.4 "As an active investor, we are defined by our commitment to delivering holistic returns, which is why we have established our Responsible Ownership Principles. These principles include expectations around relationships with stakeholders, workers and human rights. Companies are expected to ensure that they respect the human rights of those affected by their operations and their value chains. They should develop plans to identify and manage these human rights risks to minimise adverse and encourage positive human rights outcomes. At the very least, companies should not only obey the law but respect the human rights of those affected by their activities and be open about and prepared to discuss the impact of their activities.
