"As part of our work to ensure conflict-free minerals we collaborate with our industry peers through the Responsible Minerals Initiative and the Public-Private Alliance for Responsible Minerals Trade. In 2022, we continued our work with the Responsible Minerals Initiative to improve the traceability of minerals and ensure responsible sourcing. Our due diligence approach is aligned with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals.We also encourage suppliers to participate in the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP) audit to underscore and validate their status as a conflict-free supplier."
