Text disappearing from Methodology and About sections when adding new metric

I remember this problem happening a while ago, but it seems to be back. While filling in the different metric fields on https://wikirate.org/new/Metric I added text into the methodology section, it disappeared, then I added it again and clicked 'submit'. On the created metric page the methodology section was missing and I had to add it again. I don't really know how to show the disappearance, but it happened while creating the metrics below
