Tech Specs+Intro to Notes

Short intro to "Notes"

- Notes are a short statement, based on a source (thus they always need to link to a source/sources)

- Notes are tagged by the same tags as the underlying source(s)

- Any user can edit and/or discuss the note

 

Additional features:

- Users can "vote" (up or down) of the relevance of a note in regards to any of the tags.

- Users can "vote" (up or down) if the note demonstrates good or bad behaviour of the tagged company.
