Relationship metric not displaying relations

Designer Brands' answer for 2020 shows blank in the value field, but when clicking on the answer, lists its related Brands (DSW, etc). I'm linking to the Brand relationships metric as well as the Industry metric - which gives Designer Brands an Unknown answer value, because as I understand it the industries/company categories can be calculated from a number of different relationship metrics - and it would be good to have their industry updated as well.
